Bring some festivity to your office at Easter. In a reception area that had minimal floorspace, we were able to design these simple table based pieces to go behind the reception desk. A great display and they didn't get in anyones way.
If you do have some floorspace we can create a design that will add some balance and contrast to the area. These Easter stands proved to be the perfect design for the small spot that was available.
I hope you all have a happy Easter. See you after the long weekend!

TNT Orange Week at the office
Another example of an office event is TNT Orange Week. TNT have a whole week of celebrations, and they called in the MAD Balloons crew to do what we do.
A large walkunder arch at the entry to the office was the perfect way to start each day. The squiggles on the arch add that extra touch of fun.
Don't forget about the reception girls. We covered the front of the reception desk with a balloon wall, which came up a treat with the backlight. Nice and trim so customers and guests could still access the desk.
Then a big balloon banner so there was no mistaking what they were celebrating. Happy Orange Week TNT!

So what can you do?
When a company achieves a milestone, it is only natural to want to celebrate. This is when we often get the call and are asked "So what can you do for us?" Let me try and explain what MAD Balloons does using this recent example.
As you can see we can replicate your logo on the very large 90cm foil shape balloons. Big impact!! It also co-ordinates with, and enhances your banners etc.
The MAD Balloons staff will take the time to make sure that we get the arrangements right. As you can see, Alexandra is making sure that each bouquet is exactly the same as the others, and that they are perfectly finished.
Then we place the bouquets in position so the room looks fantastic and ready for the guests to arrive. We also added a small masterbow next to the cake. Adding some colour around the cake without overwhelming it.
Another large personalised column at the entry and this party is ready to go.
Ooh yeah. And did I mention that we do early starts? This event had to be ready for the early risers. We were in at 6am, and out just before 7am. All staff entered the office with a smile that day - even the really early ones!

Branding for your Office Celebration
Printed balloons make a real splash and stand out. The Man Plan program had reached its initial target numbers, and the team was letting their colleagues know all about it!
They wanted everyone in the office to know about their achievement and had a bold copy of their logo printed on balloons to reinforce the message.
...and when everyone arrived at work that day, they had not one, but TWO squiggly walkunder arches for them to walk through. The MAD Balloons team "love getting up at crazy hours" so your office event is ready for the eager beavers who arrive at 7am!!
Job done by 6.45am. Time to go and find some brekky...

Welcome to your Brand New Office
What do you do to welcome your staff to their brand new offices?
You call MAD Balloons for some sensational decorations.

Imagine how special each staff member would have felt walking through the doorway under the fantastic arch.
Once in they get their name badge and walk into the showroom for a welcome morning tea. As you can see it was a beautiful day and the large balloon bunches set the room off in a big way.

As well as some great branding and some awesome memorabilia the offices were brand spanking new. They did need just a little colour though...

...fret not as we had a variety of bunches through the different floors to welcome the new staff to their new desks.
Can you purchase high staff morale? I reckon you can. Call MAD Balloons for your dose of high staff morale.

This had to be ready by 7am. The full MAD team arrived on site just before 5am, and we left the site at 6.40am job done! Call us for your impossibly early installation, and we will make it happen.

Sharing is Caring
The thing I love about the balloon industry in NSW is that everyone is willing to help each other out. There are two industry bodies - BASA NSW and QBN. Both are vibrant groups of balloon professionals that offer training and info to members.
At a recent training event I saw this design that was done by Maureen Egan from Balloon Elegance. She shared her design from her portfolio with everyone at the training session.

A client asked me to come up with a design for their Brazilian Carnivale them at the office. Thanks to Maureen, I had the perfect design in my repertoir.

Thankfully Maureen is simply following on from all the instructors who have come before her. When I am called on to instruct I try to share design concepts that will (hopefully) enhance other balloon businesses.

By sharing we create a stronger industry and a bigger base of decorators for our customers to choose from. As a customer you should ask your chosen decorator if they have their CBA (Certified Balloon Artist) or BASA Accreditation. If they do, they are part of a network of professional balloon artists, and you can feel confident in using their services. They can create fantastic designs like the ones you see here.

"Take Flight"....into a new office space
I was called in to Microsoft to assist in the launch of their new offices and workspaces. Encouraging innovation in their staff they wantd them to 'take flight', and what better way to illustrate this theme than with balloons.

Using a number of sizes, from 16", 24" and 3' balloons, we set about the task. Also wanting their staff to bend their minds Microsoft required some "balloon bending".
I was having fun with this one. We used some 5.5' balloons for this purpose.

Then to the cafe area for some ceiling work. Not able to create the balloons in midair, we created an illusion of the ballons magically hanging up in the ceiling (no hooks and no helium involved here) to create a bit of a random, think outside the square and go with the flow effect.

You get a better idea of the cafe look from this picture. Taking flight and ideas cascading all over the place.

This is the only office photo that I can use here. Security. We had large 3' balloons placed through the offices as well as 250 of the yellow 15" single bubbles distributed to the workstations (not able to take photos of the workstations).
The installation was required to last for 2 weeks. No problems. I used Ultra Hi Float and most of it lasted three weeks.
